The Personal Training Elements - Online course is designed for individuals seeking a comprehensive foundation in personal training. This program combines self-guided study with interactive online instruction from New York state licensed teachers who have years of experience as trainers themselves, providing real-time feedback.

In just 6 weeks and 50 hours, students will gain the essential knowledge and skills required to become a competent personal trainer. Additionally, this course includes preparation for the National Federation of Professional Trainers (NFPT) personal trainer certification exam, which is bundled with the program.

Classes meet online for ONLY 6 weeks on the specified days and times.

By the end of the Personal Training Elements - Online course, graduates will have acquired fundamental knowledge, skills, and abilities in personal training, equipping them for entry-level positions. Graduates will receive an FPTI certificate of completion and the NFPT certification. 

Price includes a non-refundable $75 course registration fee along with an equipment kit FPTI dispatches to the address you input. All shipping and return expenses are pre-covered.
